When india commercialised Indian reactors to make NPC as an enterprise, the investment in research started to fall , and we became easy going to spend a few roubles and get the work done.

Sad truth. And the result is that our strides in this space, while material, have been much behind what China has delivered and achieved.
So sir you said that China's per kilowatt cost is 2.5-3k dollar whereas in us it's 6-9 dollar please correct it if there is any problem
